Our production makes use of some of the most modern equipments that work with the latest technologies with automatic processes outcome of continuous improvements and investments. Special studies concerning functionality and efficiency were made to locate our equipment in the plant in order to reduce to a minimum the handling of the goods and supplies during the production process as well as making all operation faster and more efficient.
The high quality level of our products is the result of more than 50 years of history in the abrasives production and our passion for the product, and is granted by an accurate selection and control of all our suppliers, who are all leaders in their fields for quality and liability.
The knowledge of Napoleon’s management is necessary to keep it’s products up to date on the needs of it’s customers and offer the best sanding solution according to those specific needs.
This is the reason why a new research and development department has been opened, in order to test new technical solution to reach better performances.

WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse is constantly restocked and well furnished and our stock of raw materials and finished products is attentively calculated from our orders flow. All this allows us to give to our customer rapidity on timeliness in serving them. A large area dedicated only to the stock of finished material allows us to grant to our customers prompt deliveries.
CONVERSION CENTER
Napoleon production is done in two different warehouses; fabrication plant and conversion plant. The production/fabrication plant can produce a huge volume of coated abrasive belts, cloth, paper or polyester film backing belts, suitable for wood, steel, glass and leather industries.
In the conversion department we convert the jumbos coming from our production in rolls in sheets, narrow belts, wide belts and discs following our customer's requirements.
The cutting, skiving, gluing and joining operations are done both manually by expert operators and also with highly automatic and continuous flow machines.
